Five LKSD site administrators and some of their advisory school board (ASB) members participated in a two-day training to learn how to plan and host a community dialogue. During the training they actively participated in a dialogue themselves, to help them better understand the experience. AFEC staff scaffolded the training to ensure when participants left, they had a well developed plan to host a dialogue in their respective communities.
